RETURNS ON FULL-PRICED ITEMS MAY BE REQUESTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF DELIVERY BY EMAILING US AT INFO@URJEWELRYJP.COM. IF YOUR RETURN IS ACCEPTED, WE WILL SEND YOU INSTRUCTIONS TO SHIP YOUR ITEM(S) BACK TO US. ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT FIRST RECEIVING RETURN AUTHORISATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, WE REQUIRE PROOF OF PURCHASE AND YOUR ITEM MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT IN, UNWORN AND IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
IF THE RETURN IS FROM A COUNTRY OTHER THAN URJEWELRY'S BASE COUNTRY, THE RETURN SHIPPING FEE, INCLUDING REVERSE CUSTOMS CHARGES, WILL BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER. (URJEWELRY IS LOCATED IN JAPAN UNTIL JULY 2024, THEN IN THE UK). RETURN SHIPPING IS FREE FOR COUNTRIES WHERE WE ARE BASED. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN RETURN PACKAGES. RETURNS MUST BE POSTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RETURN AUTHORIZATION.

REFUNDS
